Pricing Discrepancies & Voucher Codes
Occasionally, we may make a pricing error on our website. In the event that this may occur, we may refuse to send the goods and refund your account immediately. We are well within our rights to do so as the contract between us is not completed we send the goods to your location. However, rest assured, unless the pricing error is untenable (i.e. we are out of pocket £5.99 instead of £599) then we will complete the order regardless.
During discount sales, any voucher codes are void and cannot be used to gain extra discounts.
Website Images/ Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that the product images/ information we present on our website are accurate and up to date. Occasionally it is not possible to show an image with the proper colour or we may be supplied an incorrect detail on a product. However we make every effort to minimise this. All product images and information supplied are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' at the top of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping in the UK, place your order through our integrated SSL Company Sagepay (Note: Paypal- coming soon). This ensures safe online shopping by protecting your details from fraud. Alternatively you can submit your order over our telephone processing system between 9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday on 0871 271 1187.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and all major Credit/ Debit cards with the exclusion of American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.
We endeavour to ensure that our website reflects our stock levels but some products can sell out within the matter of a day. This may mean that on a rare occasion, availability may not be guaranteed on particular stock items. However we will make every effort to fulfill your order and if this is not possible, we will let you know as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0871 271 1187 to check availability on an item.
When you click the order button, your card is checked by a secure banking system whereby no money is debited from your account straight away. By placing an order you are making an offer and a contract will be formed only when your order is accepted by Breakoutdoors. The order will be accepted at the point where payment is taken from your card, when your items have been picked and your order is ready for dispatch.

Short Delivery or Incorrect goods
Our packing system has a triple checking system to avoid mistakes but we do pack hundreds of orders every day and from time to time, mistakes do occur. In this case, all we ask is that you inform us no later than 5 days of receipt of your goods. We will collect the goods at no cost to you and once we receive the goods back, we’ll deliver the correct goods. If you decide that you would like to cancel your order in the meantime, please contact us and we will collect the order at no cost to you. We only ask that you fill in the returns form so that we can deal with your refund more promptly. Failure to complete the returns form may result in delay of payment going back into your bank account.
If you wish to send any goods back to us yourself rather than us picking them up, please complete the returns form and a receipt for the postage costs but take into account that we will only refund up to a maximum of £6.00. Also please bear in mind that we will not accept any returns unless they have been booked in by telephone (0871 271 1187). If you choose to return the goods back to us, please ensure you send them back by a traceable method, as we cannot take responsibility until the items have been delivered back into us.

Leaving Parcels Without A Signature
All deliveries must be signed for, you could leave your parcel with a neighbour or with a trusted friend if you are not home. This can be specified in your delivery address or additional notes.
Any note allowing the driver to leave the parcel in an unsecure area without a signature is done so at your discretion. We will not be liable if the parcel is left without a signature.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. Our prices reflect the VAT charges, so there will be no extra tax charges on any order you place; the price you see on screen is the price you pay.
