Delivery times vary according to the method of delivery that you choose during the checkout process. Please see relevant section below for more information: Express Courier Service (1-2 days) Orders received before 11am Mon-Friday are usually despatched the same day and delivered in 1-2 days, mostly next day. Although we strive to send your parcel out on the same day that it is ordered, orders received after 11am (especially during peak season) may not be processed until the next working day. For instance, any First Class Delivery orders placed after 11am on a Friday may not ship from our premises until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays), for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday. Please note that First Class Delivery services may be subject to delay from unavoidable circumstances outside of the control of the courier and whilst they are usually delivered on a next day service, we cannot guarantee this. We cannot be held liable for a service breakdown in this situation. Standard Delivery Orders received requesting second class delivery will usually be delivered between 2-5 days. Diamond Delivery We also operate a diamond service which is guaranteed next day delivery before 10am, providing you place the order before 1pm. You will usually receive an email letting you know when your goods have been dispatched. Our couriers collect at 3.00 p.m. every week day and deliver between 8.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. every day (excluding weekend). A signature is always required. Therefore please have your goods sent to an address where you will be present. Ideal delivery addresses are your home, workplace or even a consenting neighbour. If you are not in when Fedex attempts to deliver your parcels, they will leave their calling card requesting that you contact them to rearrange delivery. If you request that we redirect the goods to a different delivery address this will result in an additional £6.00 charge. You have 3 days in which it will remain at your local Fedex depot until it is returned to us. If you fail to contact Fedex and they return the goods back to us, you will be liable for the extra delivery charges incurred and an additional re-delivery and handling cost of £6.00. If the order is carriage paid due to the value of the order, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred before a refund is made for failed delivery of goods. All items should be received within 2 weeks from the date of order. If you have not received your order within this time please contact us on 0870 271 1187. We need to be advised within 14 days of your order being placed should items not arrive, as after this time delivery claims cannot be made.
