Here at BreakOutdoors we value our customers' satisfaction. If you receive your goods and realise that they are not quite what you want then you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. We ask that you return the order at your own cost or alternatively we can arrange collection at a fee of £8.00 per parcel. If you would rather send the items back at your own cost then they must be back with us within 14 days of the original purchase. However you are responsible for these items until they reach us. For this reason, we advise that you use a secure delivery service which asks for a signature upon delivery. Please complete the Returns Form to send back with the goods to prevent delays in processing the return. You must telephone us on 0871 2711187 to book in the return as we will not accept returns without prior notice. Returns should be sent to: Returns Department OutdoorWorld (UK) Ltd OWD Unit 146 BMK Industrial Estate Liversedge WF15 6BS However you choose to send the goods back to us, we will refund the goods less any delivery costs incurred by us in the transportation of the goods. If your goods were delivered free of charge, we will deduct our costs of shipping the item before making the refund to the original payment card used. Refunds are usually processed relatively quickly although by law, we have 30 days to refund money back. Goods must be returned in the original condition in which they were received and with the original tickets attached. If the above are not complied with, we may not make a full refund. If you find that any items you receive are faulty, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the products. We will arrange the collection of these goods and once the goods are back in our possession and confirmed to be faulty, we will despatch a replacement. All we ask is that you telephone us to arrange collection and complete a Returns Form to send back with your faulty goods. Returns will not be accepted if they have not been booked in with us via the telephone before hand. If you wish to return the goods to us yourself then please enclose a completed Returns Form and a receipt of the postage cost. Please bear in mind that the maximum we will refund is £6.00 postage cost. If goods appear to have been damaged in transit, then we will need to process a claim which could delay a refund.
